Q: I have a Simplex/Link/Remote Base port. What commands do I enter so a transmitter has no tail?

There are several commands that change the transmitter tail. In the 7330 User's Manual, the pieces that make up the transmitter tail are described on page 11-3.  The commands are described in chapter 11.

This example is for port 1:

MPW 09 0101 0 * ; Dropout Delay, 0 Second Tail
MPW 09 2111 0 * ; Dropout Message Time, 0 Seconds (default)
MPW 09 0102 0 * ; PTT Minimum Unkey Delay, 0 Second
This example is for port 2:
