The 7330 Script Kit can be used as a starting point for configuring the ports of a 7330 with various Port Personalities. I currently have examples posted for a Repeater, a Wired Link (e.g. EchoLink, IRLP, Allstar, another controller) and a Control Receiver. You can find the Script Kit and its contents here at this link.
Take a look at the Port Personalities table to get an idea of what configuration commands change by port.
Be sure to review the ScriptKit User Document for tips on using the example files. I also posted the .doc version of the User Document so that you can copy the command tables into your own documentation.
